EQUIP 2026: Perfecting the Saints for the Work of Ministry Equip is more than a conference—it is a divine gathering centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ and God's purpose for His Church. It is a meeting where believers are equipped through the teaching of God's Word, transformed by the truth of the gospel, and prepared for the work of ministry. The heart of Equip is rooted in Ephesians 4:11–13, where Scripture tells us that Christ gave gifts to the Church "to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ." Every session is designed to strengthen believers in sound doctrine, deepen their understanding of Christ, and empower them to faithfully serve God in every sphere of life. As the Word of God is faithfully proclaimed, the eyes of our understanding are enlightened (Ephesians 1:17–18). The gospel reveals not only who Christ is but also who we are in Him. Through this revelation, believers are established in the finished work of Christ, grow into spiritual maturity, and begin to see God's eternal purpose for their lives. Equip is a call back to the centrality of the gospel. It is a reminder that ministry is not reserved for a select few but is the calling of every believer who has been redeemed by Christ. Whether in the marketplace, the home, the classroom, or the local church, every saint is called to represent Christ and make Him known. At Equip 2026, we witnessed the faithfulness of God as we gathered around His Word and received the ministry of Pastor Fred Adekunle. Through clear, Christ-centered teaching, hearts were stirred, minds were renewed, and lives were aligned with God's purpose. Many left with a deeper conviction of the gospel, a renewed passion for God's kingdom, and a clearer vision of His calling upon their lives. Our prayer is that the truths received will continue to bear fruit, producing believers who are firmly grounded in Scripture, bold in proclaiming Christ, and committed to advancing His kingdom until we all attain "the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:13). Equip is where saints are perfected, Christ is exalted, the gospel is proclaimed, and believers are sent into the world to faithfully fulfill the ministry God has entrusted to them.
